A Sunny Spring maternity Session on Film
In April, 2026, I headed out to Brandon's family home in Mt. Ulla, NC, to photograph the maternity photos of him and his wife Jules. the result? we made dreamy, instantly nostalgic photos around their property, taking advantage of the dramatic light from the setting sun and the natural beauty of the landscape. film was the perfect medium here, allowing us to go slow and move with intention.

I’ve been working with Matt and Jesa for over five years now, photographing their family every November/December as they grow from a married couple to dog parents to proud parents of two beautiful twin boys. We often work together for holiday photos, but as 2024 brought the gift of their two sons, we’ve luckily been seeing a lot more of each other.
